Yasuo I can tolerate, Zed I can tolerate, but this hamster i can not tolerate... Rumble currently has a 54.6% Win rate mid, he is so annoying in lane he has no mana cost, he has a very annoying shield , and his ult don't even get me started, ult + alone is enough to kill another mage. He also can get away from fights so easily with his speed boosts and slows. This champion is just ridiculous

You might be getting counter-picked. The overall winrate of that champion is good, but i always think its better to buff than nerf. Might be better to buff some of his counters.
