PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHANGE THE MATCHMAKING

I know you dont care about one player but im about to quit this game for the simple fact that im in s3 with over 1000 games this season and i still get paired with noobs who got lucky enough to get placed in s3. You really need to change the matchmaking to not only pair you with same elo players but with same amount of experience..at least someone that has over 50 games played in ranked..the experience of a player is not being accounted for in your matchmaking and its really really frustrating for people that are in the same position as me...please look into this and make some changes cause if i keep having teammates in s3 that have 0 games played in ranked im gonna give this game up
