Im stuck in bronze

Hi, I'm stuck in bronze 5-4, ik u probably get loads of people saying the same but idk what to do to get myself out. I played ranked as soon as i got lvl 30 and mained yasuo when i watched yassuo once and thought i was pro. I realised i was bad and went into pubs to get better i returned at like lvl 50 and have been stuck since. I also play with people who have been in there for ages and it makes me think that it will take me literal years to get. Look at my stats please, and tell me how to improve so i can get out. Im not saying i deserve diamond or anything, i would just like to be high bronze or maybe silver. I main mid and my favorite champs are: ( incase that helps you) Mid: Akali Zed Yasuo Fizz Top Illaoi Bot Ezreal Miss fortune Supp Taric Jungle Zac Warwick

IMO split pushing is the easiest way to get out of Bronze. At least that's how it is in NA.

You could do the old "git gud" method of learning just 1 role. Play 2-3 champs, learn to play early game, learn to win mid game, and learn how to end games. It's a fool proof method if you are better than the majority of the people in your games.

I'd also add "Make sure that 1 role isn't support" until you're out of mid-silver. Even if you, personally, are really freaking good, low elo lack of game knowledge and map awareness will drag you waaaaayyy down. Supports don't come into their own until people start playing more as a team.

Nami can set up some serious plays, but she's as much use as a goldfish out of water if the rest of the team doesn't capitalize on it, or they recklessly chase kills, etc.

its actually pretty easy to climb outta bronze/silver as a support. if you can get good at 2-3 champs in my case Taric Thresh Lulu and you learn which matchups excel and if you can spoon feed your adc kills then you can carry your way out of your low elo

Matchups is definitely part of it, and that's definitely where I suck, but if you're playing a heal/CC support and your ADC either doesn't follow up or is reckless, you're kinda screwed. You generally don't have the mobility or damage output to survive on your own.

It creates this really infuriating dynamic where you want to stay next near your ADC to help them, but stay far enough away so you don't feed kills when they screw up, and then they get upset at you for not dying with them.

One think you should avoid to is getting into elo hell mentality. If your team suicides you shouldn't follow them. If you see your team is going to take bad fight, just ignore them. They will flame you, they will report you but in the long term you will improve your skill and game understanding. Follow good player's decisions and do plays together with a good player. ELO HELL players will see the difference between their suicidal attitude and good player's lead, possibly they will start follow good lead too.

Bad ADC I meet even in Gold 2, where currently I am. Helping or supporting trash players will encourage them to stay trash. Just mute them and avoid them.

Yeah, support is a gamble unless you're at a Plat/Dia level of game knowledge with decent mechanics. Support isn't too hard if you've sound game knowledge as you can just sway games into your favor really easily. It also makes your team think they're much better than they really are.

LOL that so true. Often my adc thinks he is super good (sometimes they are good, after all we are on similar MMR), yet their early game often being carried by my efforts.

I've had one too many where the whole team literally thinks that everything I've done for them has been their own doing. During those games I literally just sit back and watch them fall flat on their faces as they quickly stop talking and slowly start following me around. It's honestly a terrible but good feeling.

yeah i heard not to try it and half the time when i play supp i have a brain dead adc who just aa farms and doesnt last hit ,usually a jinx.

Mid is an okay role to carry from you just have to roam a lot for it to be effective.

thats what i try when i kill, if i dont have to b i push wave and then go bot or top.

I can't give too much input on mid because I main support and haven't played other roles too heavily for a long while now. I believe Professor Akali is the name of the player. I think he was the Akali that was Rank 1 challenger for a good while. I'm also sure he has guides on YouTube that can help you out more than I can.

That's a lot of champs, mate. You hardly can know all pros/cons for so many champs to be comfortable with and most of them have completely different mechanics.

yh but for example i will never play warwick or zac they are just the ones i have in the past as i dont play jgl no more, and for top illaoi only because if we need a tank ill choose her. The champs there are just ones that i will play.
