Hi everyone,i have laptop with this specs: 1.4 ghz,and 2 gb of RAM.I know it is very bad but can i run LoL on very low.

Unless your computer is 10 years old and filled with viruses, then every computer can run League of Legends.

Honestly even in this condition you can run it at very low if you're willing to play at like 20 FPS. That's how I started.

Yes. LoL is one of the single best optimized games i've ever seen. You can run it on anything. Don't expect 60 fps though.

Your computer will hiccup quite a bit with a processor that weak, and make PvP unenjoyable/impossible to climb. Most modern PC games are developed with the type of technology in mind that processors older than a Pentium 4 are incapable of operating, such as SSE2 functions. A lack of dedicated graphic-memory and the likely-archaic yet unspecified net adapter will also contribute to the problem.
