Is Yasuo Broken

What a random question.... What do you mean is he broken?

Yasuo is a strong champion who's kit synergies very well with itself. When he is ahead he can destroy enemy teams. On the flip side, Yasuo has a high mastery level. His mechanics are fairly difficult to use appropriately and it is very easy to put yourself out of position and get clobbered.

Is Yasuo an extremely powerful pick in the hands of someone who knows how to use him? Yes Is Yasuo often played by tryhards who end up feeding? Yes.

Broken and OP are two different things altogether

Poppy is Broken, she has an unhealthy playstyle that lacks counterplay, but she's not OP. Jinx is OP, she has ridiculously high damage that outclasses other ADC's, but she's not broken.

Anyone with a decent amount of damage output and CC can destroy Yasuo if he is not played properly.

Yasuo has been nerfed since his release... He is honestly pretty balanced.

Yasuo's early game sucks badly after his nerfs

so either enemies get shit or you do ... any way someone goes home with the feeling that game was unfair thats also how riven works at her core but yasuo has more utility so he isnt as obvious with it
