How do you counter Akali's true stealth?
This is not a rant post I am actually curious. Is it only aoe and red trinket? Is there anything else?

true sight will reveal her, it just wont make her clickable with auto attacks.
u can still hit her any ability that does not require a direct target with true sight on her
Things like morgana ult and swain's w, that dont actually reveal akali but give you a good idea of where she is.
The easiest way to deal with akali in her W is mass AoE skills. Morg works, I found pyke and lissandra work very well. Irelia can ruin her day as well.
You use non target aoes like 
's R. Turrets will reveal where she is in the cloud, but won't make her targettable.
Skill shots win these matchups.
