Things I would like out of league of legends in the future

A few ideas that will help me and I'm sure a bunch of other people as well. The first and what is probably really easy to do (I'm not a coder but it should be that hard) is to let us move our runes and mastery pages so we can order them instead of having to remember them and remake them entirely just so we can put them in the proper order. Another thing i wouldn't mind is to lets us choose summoners in game because people forget smite or other summs sometimes. Thirdly FOCUS ON THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE INSTEAD OF THE TOP 1% the most recent patch (6.15) has made bot lane a camp fest in the lower ranks just so people can get the easy first tower blood gold.

You can already Name runes/masteries, what would ordering them do? haha.

Ingame sums wouldn't be a bad idea, but then it allows stupid people to fix their stupidness.

99% of the patches are based off of it. Always were, always will be.

This doesn't even make sense. You can move your runes and choose summoners in game already (how else to you choose them). Why would you balance a game around the percent that is the least skilled in the game? They are the least skilled so clearly they have the least idea of how the game works. If you balanced around the bottom percentage then the Top percentage would just get even higher and dumpster lowers elos faster.
