Disable double tap self cast option

Riot, can you please input an option to turn off double tap self cast. Im sure some people like it, but honestly its awful. I recently started playing Liss, and honestly i didn't know it existed before that. but now, oh boy.

If you attempt to cast a quick ult after using her E, or say you are trying to ult Zed as soon as he comes out of his ult, Double tap self cast will ruin your life. You get one press of the R button, and if you press it too soon you will ult yourself like a moron, trying to engage, or watching helplessly as zed destroys your ADC.

I personally hate the self cast, and i'm sure there are others with me.

I'm not asking you to remove it from the game, i'm just asking you to make it optional
