Top lane in season 8.

All I see in top lane is about Pure tanks or Split Pushers who don't join their teams in teamfights and just keep pushing their lane. I don't see duelists very common at this lane or even bruiser/fighters... even in LCS fiora loses most of her matches. Is this tank meta or something? Yeah I know the new Conqueror rune is very good against tanks but it doesn't give much stats early.. It helps for scaling alot but doesn't help at laning phase. So do you think that some top laners need a change or something? plz no hate xd
