Sona E change *idea*

Since Sona's E is not very useful I have a small idea that I think would help Sona. -Increase sona's E range from 350 to 500-600 so that allies don't have to clump around Sona to get a mediocre speed boost -Allies standing within the range of the E when it's cast will have their basic cooldowns reduced by 1 second (1 second for each rank) for a total of 5 seconds by max rank Feel free to make edits or changes I just thought this could help Sona a little bit :)
