Patch meta state is unhealthy for the game

Top lane and bot lane are utterly unbalanced with must picks this patch. Tahm Kench, Mordekaiser and Karma and riven and pick or lose. Caitlyn sivir and somewhat vayne to an extent are overturned and overshadow every other botlane pick. Literally can’t have fun when one of these are picked and just shit on the opposing laner. Haven’t seen a meta state as bad as this one in a while. Only mid lane is rather balanced surprisingly with sylas being gutted as well as jungle being decent with nothing being too over the top. On top of this none of the op picks I mentioned are fair or fun to play against and can only be beaten by cheese picks like adc tops which don’t even work every time
