Question concerning recent on-hit abilities change to apply spell effects, lifesteal/spellvamp

So, as we see Gangplank can now proc spell effects like Liandry's or Luden's with his Q. So my question is now, do these spells now apply lifesteal, apply spellvamp or apply both?
