I have been banned for 14 days saying i have been toxic when I have never started an arguement or have said any cuss words to anyone for the past months. I have only cussed at my friends but for fun, i do not cuss out of disrespect.
You should have received a Reform Card in your email with your last chat log. Be aware that cursing is not the only form of verbal harassment (if verbal abuse was the reason for the ban).
Same here man, i cut my swearing, and verbal attacks at feeders and trolls, but i got banned too for explaining to this guy how he ruined the game for everyone on our team. no swearing, no name calling (except troll), and I'm banned. They keep playing. They protect trolls with their chat history instabanning
