Lux's W shield
I'm not sure if anyone has made this suggestion but can it me made into a reactivated skill. I mean in a similar vein as 
's Ult, where she throws it out and calls it back how fast she'd like.

considering that it stacks and gives a bonus to those hit by the double, it would be pretty strong to just give it a quick double tap.
