Expect his winrate to plummet by at least 60%. So Ryze will be at 40/30% winrate. I'm not kidding, I gave it a chance and this nerf has made him worthless in duels. I can barely 1v1 a support with my full combo. How did they make him this bad? by placing a cap on his damage. Tanks are now unkillable for Ryze. so... I guess Riven and other tanky tops rejoice?

Is it just me or does Ryze feel like he has the clunkiest combos in the game now? They've felt bad to me ever since his rework but this change really tanks him from where he was straight to the bottom.
It's pretty sad how they demolish champions just because they are a problem or many people dislike them. They can go about doing it in other ways and I wonder if it ever crosses their minds or not. All the other potential things they could of done based on what Ryzes major problem was before this nerf. They could of made the root have diminishing returns lowered base damage scaling raised CD's or so many other things. Could of also lowered his passive spells to 10 or something but 5 seems to little for how his kit and damages are and scalings.
