Karthus...

I was recently playing a match with a Karthus on the rift. Well, he went to ult, got it off. Here's the thing. Trist and zyra on the other team were nearly standing on eachother neither had summoners to blow and well the zyra which was over half health died where as the trist took 0 dmg from the ult this being said I think ive found a bug with karth please think about maybe looking into this riot. not urgent as karthus is played on the rift about as much as eve its not a big deal...
