I just had a 28min long Aram game on yuumi. I dealt 38k dmg, 30k healing done to allies, had the most assists, least deaths, 7/4/29 kda. And got a B+... how in the world is that only a B+? Anyone got answers? Because I'm at a loss for words

you don't.
due to the algorithm of the grading system it's impossible after her nerfs. you're literally competing with unobtainable numbers. it will take a LONG time before it scales down unless they reset the base values.
Her win rate is technically up, but only in comparison to how low it was after her heavy handed nerfs.
when a champion is super easy and strong enough that everybody that plays her does good, the average stats go way up making it harder to score an s etc
try taking death dance, buying ludens echo & one-shotting noobs with your guided t0rped0 Q
Enchanters take the underperforming pill after all healing is the greatest offense you can do in this game apparently unless you have unlimited mana supplies and are a solo laner then you are dandy

They surrender cause nobody could kill me and i was saving bunch of lives. If my ADC wouldn't suck they will surrender at 15.

I guess your deaths were high for a yuumi? IDK what else it might be. You may also want to farm some creeps when shooting for that S rank to pad your stats. And also ward a lot.
I just realised you are talking about an ARAM game, since you always have targets to jump to, and always will have someone who is either a poking champ or a frontliner, yuumi is an ideal champ to get even 0 deaths with big damages.

28min game ? Here is the problem.
Statistics for ranks come from SR games.
Since every SR game ends around 20 mins, longer games than this give horrible results.
Every S+ Yuumi has stats UNDER 20 min. If you were above 20, then you are a nub, sorry. SR statistics says.

you can't get an S on Yuumi if you have more than 2 deaths at most.
basically, your average K/D/A ratio has to be 1/1/10 or any multiplier of that value. so if you have 4 deaths, your best bet at getting an S is going 4/4/40. i've noticed this from personal play experience, i could be dead wrong lol.
that said, kills on yuumi vastly increase her potential for S ranks, because it's so hard to net kills on her to begin with.
