League freezes in game, every game, within the first 10 minutes

So this started earlier this week, and just like the title says, the game freezes anywhere between 4 and 10 minutes into the game. It happens in twisted treeline, coop vs ai in SR, regular matches in SR. The only time I didn't see it happen was in a custom game I did once in SR which was interesting. I've never had problems like this before and it started the day after urf was taken away. Everything else on my computer runs fine, nothing else crashes. Fortunately, I can alt-tab, open task manager and delete it then I'm prompted by the client to reconnect. So usually it doesn't take much more than a minute. It has unfortunately led to a handful of deaths, but people usually are understanding and can tell that something isn't quite right. Anyways, if there's anyone who could possibly help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
