Riot please come up with restrictions/requirments on people who play ranked

I have been thinking about this for a while now and I thought i should share this with the community and Riot employees about what they think about this. So straight to the point, in my opinion i think that Riot should come up with restrictions/requirments on people who play ranked and especially on the people in the lower elos such as bronze, silver and maybe gold because I think that there are far too many trolls and toxic people in ranked who ruin the game for people who are trying to climb ranks. I have an example of a restriction/requirment that Riot can implement into ranked is that if a person doesn't have a certain KDR in certain amount of games then that person should be banned from playing ranked for however long Riot thinks is necessary. If there any other restrictions/requiments that the community can come up with or if there are any concerns regarding this post please feel free to reply.

I'd prefer ranked to be based on X games played with a champion before allowed in ranked. I'd say 20 is a good number. "First time Lee Sin" is not an excuse to go 1/19/3.

you got my vote im legit stuck here in bronze becuase nobody wants to work as a team and god forbid you fail to be the center of attetino.

soooo. im maing supp and so far i only lose to genuine trash adcs on my team

I would agree with you if I wasn't aware that some people rarely play certain roles but still know how to play a champion.

I main support and only jungle when I'm last pick and it's all that's left. This would easily lock me out of any proper jungle champions purely because I don't really jungle even in normals.

id prefer a real interactive tutorial mandating people know what wards are, good places to put them, the value of them, and go through the pinging system which everyone should be familiar with.

that and telling people when its a good idea to push, when its a good time to group up, which lane is the best to go for. just common things which most people dont know how to do, and it ends up costing us the game when our jinx is at the enemy t2 in bot lane, were all low and backing, and all of their faces are MIA on the map, and shes still pushing/farming all alone in the bot lane.

you don't have to be good to play ranked .if you are bad you fall to bronze or silver.

not really, the problem is even when you get better, that other people who just don't want to play their role or are bad mechanically can KEEP you down there for the rest of your life....Last ranked game I played, I had a 6/26 bottom lane...fed the adc, jungle and support of the other team...how the hell can I do anything about that?

Answer you CANT, and its a common occurrence in Bronze.

I have been between Bronze 4 and Bronze 5, 4 different times this season alone, and you cant get out because even if you have good 5-10 games, you will run into feeder's , afk'ers, Supports who don't play support or First time Yolo's and no matter how well you do, you cant do 75% of the game for people.

this is it. just had a sion who fed a supposed plat rengnar smurf.... our adc afked and i manged to stabilize sion....

if its not smurfing its raging for no reason then to cause a loss like cait did.

Why not make it a matter of the Tribunal selecting those who get to play ranked based on previous reports, previous bans, previous language use and such.

if it was on language use i would get perma banned...i have been really salty lately because I seem to be grouped with people who have 0 common sense.
