Pause Button

Alright Ik this has been spoken about before but this really needs to happen for ranked 5v5. Many teams lose for dc issues such as a random bug splat or someone's net shutting off or wtv the cause. When someone dcs, there should be a pause function where your team can pause 3 times for a total of a minute or 2 in hopes that the dc'ed player returns. For example, im ahead in a game along with my team. A power surge happens in my house which pops my breaker. I need to reset the breaker and open my pc and reconnect. This is a total of lets say 5 min. If my team could of paused for at leats 3 minutes, they would not of lost a baron, 2 inhibs and eventually the game to a 4v5. This function cant really be abused cuz there would have to be a dc before pausing the match. If the player returns, things go back to normal and let the best team win. If not, the pause function is no longer avalable after 3 tries and the team has to do their best short handed. Successful mobas like dota 2 have used this function and it works fine. There are unlimited pauses in dota at random times which causes raging and trolling. But for this to happen, someone needs to dc so it will stop any trolling by the person trying to abuse it.
