Is Team Builder not working for anyone else? 10 min Jg wait > find another team > 5+ mins. Normal?

At first my games were instant, then play a game and now the queue times are over 10 minutes. Does this have anything to do with the report system? As in if you get reported you no longer get to play Team Builder? Just trying to make sense of this as getting instant queues 30+ times ina row and then 10+ minutes in a row doesn't make any sense.

You're lucky that you can at least use Team Builder. My Team Builder broke, apparently because I played during the server transfer and it looks like my data was deleted or something. Now I get 404 messages from whatever computer I try with my account.
