Looks like I can't E-flash on Gragas anymore (?)

So, today I played a couple games with Gragas (I didn't play him for like 2 months), but when I tried to E->flash the E would simply cancel without applying the stun (I used to play him a lot and never failed a e->flash).

I tried it 3 times and never got the stun. Has something changed or it's me fucking up?

Idk, I never heard of nerfs not allowing E-flashing but maybe there were.
