Ranked Queue AFK issues.

Riot please, for the love of all that is holy, institute a 'banned from ranked' punishment for people who afk from ranked games. I don't need these people removed from playing altogether. But to constantly lose points in ranked cause someone is playing on bad internet, rage quits, mom calls them to dinner, or whatever the lame excuse is, is enough to make me wanna punch small babies. Ban these people temporarily at first as a warning. But being victim to this and not having loss prevention is enraging.
