Kill Leader should have the Veto Right

You play something else than your main, in my case I played ADC as a main support, with a great support. The top had some internet issues, but still was with us, midlane and jungle were lost kind of, but me and my support would rule. I was kill leader, and though I would carry them if I farmed some more, they still surrendered 4 votes against 1 vote. I don't find it fair, to be able to alone carry a lane to the inhibitor through several turrets and your teammates to just go well Idc let's all ff. At least once on the entire length of the game, the carrier, the kill leader, the team leader must have the right to say NO, and the surrender to fail instantly.

Now, I am not talking about the first surrender where if it isn't 5 people that surrender it isn't unanimous; I am talking about every person that wins the lane and is able to win the game for his team but the surrender bar is more powerful than himself. This applies to midlaners, and I've seen some epic midlaners who carried my games in the past because I never surrendered, only when I've seen that there is nothing we can do, only when I haven't seen light at the end of the tunnel.

Make the Kill Leader more powerful than the Surrender bar, and don't bring up "well if 4 players don't have fun playing and 1 wants to play, the 4 players' right to surrender is more important" because it's the same as the picture with the train that can hit 1 person or 4 persons, who do you save? Please, I am sure there are others who share my ideology, and I want this in the game, I just rage quit League and I can't play the game without this important feature I am writing right here. Make it possible please, it isn't fair to almost the light at the end of the tunnel and then be pulled back into darkness.

Edit: For education purposes, the last game that made me rage quit was a 5v3, because their botlane fed and just stayed in the pool for the rest of the game. A surrender in a 5v3 scenario isn't ok by any means.
