I Think we should buff 
a little . shyvana W damage was kinda too low, you can barely see his doing a very little damage compare to other champions . It will be too hard for him to play a top line against rumble,ryze,riven and ire. It also won't really work As jungle,you can't really gank until lv6 and its very easy to doge his ult or stop it.

As a player whose main jungler is Shyvana, I don't really see a reason to buff her. Sure, I wouldn't fight against buffing her, but I don't really see a need.
What she does need, more than anything, is the consistency on her ultimate hitting enemies. Sometimes, it feels more narrow than Draven's E. A lot of people would say her ultimate also needs to be uninterruptable. I won't disagree if she gets that change, not that I think she needs it.
And Shyvana is not male. She, not he.
