Why not just remove the health and mana regen from Cassiopeia's E?

And remove her +% AP from her passive. Since Riot obviously doesn't want anyone to play her anymore.

It's not like the wind up on her ultimate hasn't always been nonsense, considering it takes absolutely no time to turn around in this game due to the way it's programmed.

But seriously, I started to main her after her passive ability change; and it seems that the only time Cass is ever mentioned by Riot is when they nerf her. When they increased the mana costs on her abilities, they even mentioned that "Cass is supposed to use her E to regain her mana, so these mana changes will only affect players that aren't effectively last-hitting with it."

I feel like nerfing her into obscurity is just their lazy way of dealing with hackers/scripters. Nobody will cheat using her if she can't do anything. Of course; they'll just move onto another champion.
