Ranked Placements and General Ranked

I believe every season your mmr should be hard reset so that if you were in bronze or silver last season, you aren't guaranteed to be placed in the same rank the next season. Another thing, if someone afk's or straight troll feeds in a ranked game and they get more than 3 reports, you should be granted compensation Lp if you lose. One single player can ruin a ranked game for everyone and nothing seems to be done about it. They get reported and nothing comes of it. Ranked is way too geared toward high ranks. People who are unlucky enough to get placed low have barely any chance of climbing.
