New Ashe might be one of the best tank shredders in the game
She can almost instantly apply all black cleaver stacks with q, her extra crit enhancer applies to botrk damage, and her slow + phage passive (from cleaver) will allow her to kite tanks to oblivion. If released in her current state I expect her to be heavily banned/picked. So much armor pen in such a short time.
