You(RIOT) literally ruined a champion that had no issues at all. At least make old cass for ARAM she is completely useless there. Thanks for ruining a great champion. How about you do rework on Katarina so she can stop blinking everywhere or Vi who can constantly charge. Nah don't worry about them just ruin other champs.
