I’m a support main and I really don’t like the new update I would always play with the main support item and ruby sightstone and that was so fun. So my question is how do I make it as interesting as it was/ why did they remove the old items, and I mean riot was already struggling on having people play support so why would they make it more boring. TL:DR why did they change support items
tseihei1 votesIt was changed because sight stone was an item built every game. The hope was to save supports the 800g of buying that, but of course adding the sightstone wardplacing active to the support items meant that the other actives would not fit in well.
The intention from Riot is to re add the old actives such as the one from Frost Queen's Claim back in ammended versions of the items.
