Blitz hit-box, where are you now?

It's more of the remnants of the entire skill shots system falling apart. This originally started on blitz pulls, morgana Q's, Lux ult, etc. Now its starting to leak out into Syndra and many other heavy skill shot champs where the shot is not being created in the correct spot hit box wise but visually its still fine. This means you are in fact doing nothing wrong Rito is just suffering from old coding that is coming back to bite them in the ass because it hasn't been touched in so long.
