Alright let's start with Fiora, I just got out of a game where Fiora stood under the whole team and didn't die because Lifesteal on here is op.
Tydamire won't die either. He's kit isn't fair to most laners and if he gets ahead is game over.
Looking at both of things I feel that it isn't fair to have a champion that if they get just one Kill the run the game from then on.

you have to remember to adjust your item build to accomodate who is killing you and who you want to kill both of those champions would be hard pressed if you had a wardens mail or chan vest and if you really need to beat them a ronduins
There is no such a thing as fair and balanced game, if there was, it would be extremely boring.
If someone as squishy as fiora dives into your team and you fail to kill her while focusing her, you're doing something wrong.
