20 Key Fragments in a row, no Hextech Chests?

I'm just curious to know if this is happening to anyone else. I've literally earned 20 Key Fragments, but never any Hextech Chests. I used to get chests every once in a while but I think the last one was months ago.

Is there some sort of rule to the probability distribution? Am I bugged? None of my friends have had this problem and I'm not sure what's going on. I'm sad

I have so many keys, but nothing to open...

You can only get 1 chest per champion per season. There's no probability behind it, it's as simple as get an s- or higher on the champion and you'll receive a chest as long as you can receive more. If someone in your premade gets an S- or higher, that works as well.
