Is Riot actually retarded?

So here's the thing. Either everyone at Riot is being completely stupid and ignorant, or they are just seeing how far we can go before we realize they are just playing games with us. For one thing, Fiora. She was ok, she was kind of bad. An ult that makes you untargetable? What were they thinking? At least you could cc her or buy thornmail. Now, however, all she has to do is press a button and not only be immune to damage, but cc as well. But wait there's more. She also stuns anyone who may have tried to do any type of crowd control to her for, honestly, an absurd amount of time. What were they thinking. Next, imagine this dude that just kind of does ridiculous amounts of damage to anyone in a medium sized circle around him, then they take some more damage over time. Then they have no choice but to be grabbed by him as he attacks them with a couple more attacks and kills them instantly. You guessed it, it's Darius. For some reason, Riot thought it would be a good idea to let him exist. My biggest problem with his kit is the true damage on his ult. Why did they think that would work? At least they had the decency to nerf his Q. You know, the ability that did 300 base damage on a 5 second cooldown. Shyvana. I love Shyvana as much as the next Shyv main, and she was in what I thought to be a perfect spot. She wasn't broken, she didn't have a 40% win rate. She was perfect. Then came the buffs. They slowly started buffing her for no reason other than to screw with us. Honetly, now Shyvana does too much damage. She was perfect. Now she's broken. And then there's Elise. I'll be honest, I have no idea what happened to her. She seemed ok, maybe she could do with a little more damage. But then she does too much. Did I miss her in the patch notes? Did she get a hidden buff? Maybe they just felt like doubling her damage just to mess with us. They seem to like doing that. Oh yeah, and Fizz is a thing. Why is Fizz a thing?

TL;DR Everyone at Riot hates you and everything you enjoy. They want to watch you suffer and they want all of your money, which they are getting.
