They posted a statement saying "hey this is a pattern we are gonna follow 100%, please hold us responsible if we dont uphold this" then 5 minutes after they are back to ignoring everything.

People were complaining about Riven, she had a massive winrate, high enough to be in the nerf list of the balance teams pattern. What do they do? They buff her with an "intended nerf". 4 Patches later they SUDDENLY realise they fucked up and nerf her. Literally the next patch "Riven isnt were we want her to be right now so we are reversing the changed from a few patches ago" including the nerf.

And that is just 1 champion with a recent example. If you want another example look at Fiora, who's weakness was splitpushing, she wins every 1 v 1 for that though. What does the balance team do? Her Q can hit turrets now and her E crits them. Why are these people still employed?

See, that's an example of a good change to me. If the character is already bordering on oppressive in 1v1 situations but statistically weak overall, it suggests that you need to find a way to buff their contribution to the game while not making their 1v1 any more oppressive.

Giving improved objective control is a solid way to do that. Fiora can now utilize that 1v1 power to take objectives better without being any better at stopping people from trying to stop her.

But Djinn how ever will people adapt to this brand-new and abusive playstyle. This so called "Duelist Split pushing" is an affront to the gods.

Lets adapt to kaisa rushing in 1 v 5 one shotting people then going stealth and getting away as well, but thank god there is 1 champion on that list of yours that is being played at all

I like that they said if a champ drops below I think 48% winrate they would be put on a list to get buff

Then yuumi gets nerfed at 33% winrate and has been continually nerfed when I don't think she's ever been above 45% [sg-zephyr] Confused cat noises
