How do i get back in to league
TL;DR: I haven't been hyped to play league for some time now and I just want to know how to get back in to it cause I cant seem to find my edge or even bother playing anymore
I guess it started when I first played ranked in pre season 6, Since I've had this game I've only been an aram player only. I played ranked for the first time in about 3 seasons i went 2-8 in placements and thought wow, I'm going to be in bronze, but if I did that bad i deserve bronze. To my surprise I ended up in Silver V, from that point on I played 1-2 games of ranked a day and climbed to Silver 2 and was only getting better knowing i was on my way to gold. I didn't even drop a game from that point on so I was feeling pretty confident in my abilities come season 6 start and I'd have to do placements all over again. Once all the ranked stats reset and I queued up I was ready to start my official start on my climb to whatever ranked I accomplished this season. I did much better this time finishing 7-3 in my placements and was hoping I would still be at my Silver 2 for this season but i ended up going back down to silver 5 and that just put me off of playing ranked. It's not that I dont think its a good start but when I do well in placements and end up and the bottom of my tier again it really just put me off and kind of discouraged me into playing ranked again. With that mind set I also started playing worse, I wasn't as sharp wasn't focusing on what i really needed to focus on and was just playing haphazardly eventually I switched over to CS:GO and well its fun it just doesn't have the same hype I had for league. I still love league, i love watching LCS and learning about the game I just dont want to play cause I dont want to climb all the way back up. I'm not complaining that I should be in a higher division cause If you're placed where you're placed then you deserve that but getting back down to Silver 5 just threw me off and I can't seem to find enjoyment in ranked anymore so if you guys have any advice for getting back on that ranked pony it would be greatly appreciated. :)
