Hi, I am a Silver ADC Main and is having trouble climbing. I can't seem to leave the Silver 5 to Silver 4 Point Right Now. My games recently are me getting killed early and getting destroyed. If anyone can give me tips on how not to lose to Poke lanes super hard or to avoid making to many mistakes. Also i recently i seem to be getting upset over small things that don't even matter that much if so can someone give me some tips on how to stay calm in a game. Thank you for the love i'm pretty bad at league im decently sure and am just looking to improve :).

(im bronze so just a heads up) im fairly decent as an adc when it comes to winning lanes just not so much at winning games.

Try banning champs you have trouble against. Like for me its either vayne or MF. Cuz MF does too much damage early game and vayne does too much mid-late game. Also keep in mind what runes you are using depending on the match up. If you need to quickly get in trade and get out then pick appropriate runes. Make sure you dont fall behind on cs while trading, but also dont let them bully you out of CS. Try to balance out both. I usually play lucian adc cuz he is pretty good with trades and easy to farm with. I can just trade, get them to back off of me and go straight into farming. only engage when you know you can get the kill and dont overextend.

Also communicate with your support and let them know your play style if you play passive dont let them be aggressive and force you to play aggressively when the get caught out...if you play aggressively dont let them sit behind and have you 1v2

I play in High Elo and may I ask you what kind of champion that poke u in bot lane specifically? Same strat doesn't work for every champ ( Ex. buy doran shield first item as an ADC vsing a brand support)
