Stop Your Allies From Being Autobots (not the transformers, the program)

Dear Riot,

A few months ago i would OCCASIONALLY encounter a player whom if i did not know better, i would simply assume absolutely sucked at the game. They choose either summoner's rift or twisted treeline bot games. They instalock a champion, do not communicate in chat, randomly choose a lane, and stick to that lane no matter what. They also never cast abilities, stay in lane at ridiculously low health, and end up feeding a bot (it is possible) a ton of kills. They also constantly get executed from either minions or turrets, not realizing they're taking damage. In game they never say anything in chat, never ping, never respond to anything. This used to be a once a two month occurrence for me to see. My presumption is they level up the accounts to 30, with a bunch of IP, and sell them so people don't have to play all the way through, which is how they learn the game.

Now however, this is a DAILY occurrence. I see these robot players in level 30 games; which isn't really a problem for us because at the level of skill, we can still win an essentially 4v5, 3v5, 2v5, or the one time i was stuck with 4 of them, so it was a 1 v 5. Again, high enough skill level, you can win it (even though you don't want to because you're helping them. This is a MAJOR Problem though at lower levels. I have friends who want to get into league, so 'll make a new account so i be at the same level as them to help educate them on how to play. If i come across one or two of these robot players, it's not a problem for me because i know how to play. But for someone who is just starting out, to have a player on their team who; doesn't communicate (in game or pregame), allow players to lane where they want, due to autochoosing, and feeding an enemy, can be extremely difficult, overwhelming, and turn people away from the game. For a new player who won't know that the person feeding is actually a program and not a real human, to see a player with that kind of behavior or play skill, they may not want to keep playing in fear of being constantly stuck with them, hurting their game expirience.

I'm not sure what riot can do to stop the use of the programs, other than educate on players on what to look for and report them post game so that the accounts can be banned, but something needs to be done, otherwise a lot of people are going to get pissed off at these AI programs, and may leave league, as well as players jumping right on in at level 30, playing a game, getting destroyed, and having their team come down on them with OVERWHELMING negativity and probably major vulgarity. So please, let's do something to rid the League of these Autobots and Deceptiplayers, to make a better League for tomorrow.
