This is like back in grade school when you wouldn't wanna play Checkers with that one kid because he was always changing the rules and making up news and literally was cheat a sore sport and a cheater. The kind of kid that would peek at the cards given the chance, and would want to win at any cost.
I couldn't ever figure those people out. I don't get what they take away from a stolen victory. They more then anyone else even if it was ONLY them that knew, would know that they cheated. But they don't care how they just want to win and whatever it does for them it's enough to perpetuate this behavior into late stages of an adult's life
People in the work place seem almost excused, oh well it's for a raise, a promotion, self interest. But in other avenues of a person's life it's not seen as beneficial since the actions and events being done and held serve as a self rewarding mechanism. It's like if a person was to take clay and mold it into a sandwich. They could use different colors of clay to represent the bread meats and lettuce, and even knowing it was still clay, they'd eat it or serve it to someone else. Metaphorically that's the same as cheating on a test or a game.
