Yasuo W tweak? (Don't hate <3)
Starting my own thread on this because this thread was getting a little out of hand and degrading into non-relevant arguments. Keep it civil guys.
I've lost count of the amount of times i've had a Yasuo dive at me and windwall near point blank range as i cast my Morgana or Lux Q, have him block my cc/damage while still in melee range leaving me helpless.
Yasuo's windwall in the midlane is my most frustrating personal experience bar none. I don't claim to be Challenjour and know everything there is about League, so i can't speak for the high elo tiers. But having his W placed in a position close to him (think, Karthus wall) , rather than start from his body and drift outwards would still give him that nice ability blocking potential but make those plays where he blocks your spell at point blank range considerably harder.
(Not to mention that it would add a little less of "...bs i swear that hit him" when your ability is practically on top of him when his potato reflexes kick in.)
EDIT: This is another idea that someone mentioned that i like a lot more than mine
TL;DR
I think windwall should be placed on a position close to him (think, Karthus wall) instead of originating directly at his position.
