I get the need for the xp after games....
So here's my point of view on the new XP system.
Now that we can level past 30, I understand the need for xp after games. However, the new system for obtaining blue essence is completely draining and grindy.. Here's an idea, why can't missions reward blue essence? Maybe throw in random missions during times where there's no special event (for example the current project event) and make those give blue essence? It'd solve the problem of the slow grind for blue essence while maintaining the xp for each game.
