Im trying to understand here its brand passive saying he gain 1000000 ap when he is picked cause that champion one shot everyone and he dont need to try.

Brand cannot stack Blaze more than once on enemies who have exploded in the past 4 seconds
Weird, I don't know what website you're looking at but this one seems to match his passive in game. If you have any questions, I can explain any part you may find confusing. I don't see this 1,000,000 AP gain though, I think the site you're using is a fraud.
