how is black cleaver on nasus

doesnt make much sense because you dont have a way to get the 6 stacks quickly

For armor it's not that great since you won't get 6 stacks easily. But health and damage and cdr is good on him, just not early since you need sustain and mana

Black Cleaver isn't that good since only his autoattacks will apply the stacks. If you are truly desperate for armor penetration against a team with multiple tanks, you should probably build instead.

I would just get TF, the move speed will help more than the armor pen unless the opponent loves standing next to you

Best way to ensure you penetrate, bad joke aside, is to take hybrid pen reds. These will be relevant all game, are gold efficient and make your damage hit like a truck mid/late game. Mortal reminder can rarely be built comfortably unless you are just stomping them and can afford to buy b/c you can't be effectively peeled from the enemy team.
