Lux too strong

So when is Lux getting nerf? Right now she is one of the most obnoxious mid laners to fight against. Many people say she has weaknesses, but her strengths make those weaknesses nonexistence. Players argue that her high mana cost and high CDR make her punishable, but her e is so annoying to deal with. It has good range and can be detonated as it travels. Most mages in the mid lane can't win against her. And as soon as she has her ult and she q, e and ults. There is no counter play to it except, cleanse and QSS. Its hard to punish her in lane as well because she can safety farm and harass.

Its irritating to deal with her. I believe that some nerfs that could be done to her is reducing the speed of her e or reduce the radius and reduce the root duration.
