Kled is a tier one top laner. You can't judge by winrate. Otherwise Ziggs would be the best ADC hands down.

The problem with the list is that is just looks at winrates and nothing else.
Yeah sol is pretty good, but at a playrate of 1%, its no surprise since aurelion sol mains are the only ones playing him.
It also doesnt take into consideration each elo.

Seems dumb.
Can't make a tier list for league because each region has different overall meta playstyles.
Has to be specific to a certain elo and region. Not to mention then you have to make an entire seperate tier list for championships like LCS and Worlds.
I can see why people downvoted this because they think this is "Overall" which I can see since it wasn't specified.
But it's just a waste of time. You're better off just personally looking at win rates per patch, per elo for your region or kr since they're heavily change per patch. Even on patches where only 3 champs got tweaked by 5 AD can create chain effects.
