hello league of legends managers i'm writing you this to complain about a problem i have its make me very angry all the time me a lot i have key fragment problems all my friend when they play a game and get honored and win the game get key fragment but me i don't get anything so i'm telling you to see my problem i already know that i got punished by you and get banned a little time and you told me that if keep yourself cool we will fix your account its been a long time since you told me that i fixed my bad language and i always keep my self cool all the time so please i deserve to get my problem fix as fast as possible and get keys to open my owned boxes. thank you guys for making this game the best game in the world.

As long as you're honour 2+, you get keys as fast as anyone else provided you play the same amount.

(You can get some extra fragments from honour orbs/capsules from leveling up further through receiving lots of honours, but the random drop fragments are only tied to how much you play as long as you're 2+.)

okay i will try to play as much games as possible and try to get honours up and i will see if it will get better in the near future thank you for responding so quickly i really hope it get much better
