Hey everyone! I just wanted to say that I recently had a lot of problems countering yasuo since the conqeuror rune was added. Could someone give me some tips?

there are alot of counters, you should specify what part of him are you having trouble with.

ie if you are a melee bruiser or an artillery mage

If you're a mage/ranged champion, let the wave push to you and hope your jungler ganks. If he does, Yasuo has nowhere to dash to, his mobility is limited to minions and champions.

at lvl 1 Yasuo most likely takes first so if your playing a mage then get an auto off to proc his shield then poke him with auto's or spell he shouldn't be able to do anything till he gets lvl 2. At lvl 2 pay attention to what he dashes on so far and look for when he's on dashing path to all in then use your cc then walk back just enough to be out of melee range but enough to let him dash to u so he has to hard commit lvl 2 (and if you play the minion wave right he might dash into turret range) your in lower elo so yasuo's will tend to make this mistake more so then not. Now I looked up on OP.GG and see a recent game of Ekko(you) v.s Yasuo(enemy). If you plan to pick Ekko into yasou or he picks yasuo into ekko here;s a few tips for that since I play ekko myself (not my primary main but still good enough) At lvl 1 focus on throwing at your Q when he goes to last hit. Lvl 2 Yasuo is most likely waiting for you to miss your q so he can go in and get a good trade in his favour off. Instead while he's building His E up you use your dash (E as well) and blink on to him q auto for passive proc then run back with your movement speed proc + slow should be good enough to out run him or atleast get to turret. At lvl 3 yasuo can block your Q so Still going with E Q is probably still the best option but yasuo will be in a better position to 1v1 even with your w since it's more of timing set up (As you play the champion more the more this ability has use for ya and knowing how to set up) so avoiding actually all-ining at lvl 3. Between lvl 4-5 you have a better chance at killing yasuo if you been keeping up on cs and if no has died yet (assuming the lane was played correctly) you should have item 3145 completed and that is a nice small power spike. The more you play agasint yasou and watch he is doing the better you can play around it. (Tbh If I would go into full detail of what I know so far how to deal with him we would be looking at 2-3 page worth of typing lol) But Gl on climbing! I know you can do it![slayer-jinx-catface]
