Akali is not a champion anymore

I have wanted to discus this a long time ago, so far the balance team is not able to balance Akali as she is really hard with her kit being so unique. And so I got some suggestions that might please everyone starting from the Akali mains to all who are facing Akali.

So, first of all, her shroud (W) is the main reason people hate facing her. Mainly because she can not be targeted under tower and can easily tower dive you. Well as far as I know from all the Akali mains they are okay to remove this from the game. even though it is a unique ability that is not found in any other champ which makes her stepping out from all the other champions. Like you have Sylas who can steal the enemy ults. This is a unique ability not found in any other champion same as Neeko transforming to her teammates visuals. My point is that people are saying she is over powered while in reality she has a 45% win rate. That doesn't seem like the win rate for an over powered champion.

I usually play her in ranked a lot but the recent nerfs and the nerfs coming later really made me not play her as i used to do. I don't really see a way that she is overpowered or anything to be honest Riven and Jax are overpowered and no one is mentioning them even though they can easily carry the whole game and can literally 1v5 while Akali can't do the same.
