Sett is not being targetted by turrets if there is an nearby ally minion

At the end of the clip - You can see how i'm running for Kha to kill, and very clearly my champion is first to enter the turret fire range, but for some reason turret targets the minion behind me. I didn't realize it that's why i turned back otherwise i would have keep chasing. This is not the only time i faced this thing - unfortunately this is the only clip i have. But this happens only with sett.

It is 100% not just sett. Its riot being too lazy yet again to fix their fucking game mechanics. Ive had this happen to me many times when people have dove me under tower and ARE CURRENTLY HITTING ME yet the turret doesnt swap aggro. Same for the fact ive been targeted and shot at before by a tower while i was outside its range, and when i walk with a minion wave and the minion gets there first, it SWITCHES TARGETS TO ME FOR NO REASON. This fucking company's work ethic is a joke, and a bad one at that.

I dont believe it's only Sett. I have had this happen in lots of scenarios when playing as Skarner. I will ult and drag someone under tower, but sometimes it will still target the minions who are clearly entering threat range after my ult target :-/
