A Twisted Fate buff

I think Tf is in a good spot and will probably be played more now that he has a new skin. But I think hed be that little bit better if he had a buff called "Shuffle" or something like that where while hes teleporting using his ult he shuffles his deck so that it procs "Stacked Deck" on the first aa after teleportation. But only after so you couldnt proc it then Ult/Zhonyas and have it again.
